Doing so lets us know that someone plans to attend either as a telescope operator or as a participant to view through our telescopes. If no one responds to our request for participation, the event may be canceled due to lack of interest. This does not commit you to the event it only helps us gage interest and to contact you if the event is cancelled.  So RSVP for any and all events you think you'd like to participate in and leave us your email address or a phone # we can reach you at prior to the event.
*** If you don't RSVP  we have no idea you plan to join us. ***
As always, if in doubt contact an officer before you head out!
We list cancellations when they occur here (if possible, but not always) in the location it will be in bold red lettering.  We also contact all who have told us they were coming by email to cancel or by phone if they don't have email.
Please allow at least 48 hours prior to an event for us to receive your emailed RSVP,
otherwise call to be sure we know you are coming.

If there is no email address listed to RSVP to, then RSVP to Terri Finch, she will see that the correct person gets it.

* A note about the $2/car donation request for the Deep Sky Star Parties:
The park in Black Canyon charges PAS $10.00 for the use of the park all night, otherwise the park closes at sundown.  We ask for you to donate if you can, it is not mandatory in order to attend these star parties.  We collect what we can and if we go over the $10.00 park fee the overage is given to the club to help fund the times when we don't collect the full $10.00.  Most of us consider this a very small price to pay for 6th magnitude skies and the security of a fenced in and groomed observing area with rest rooms and other amenities close by.
