Wanted: Great deal on observing property

I am interested in making a purchase of property, preferably with a house, outside of Scottsdale. I am a family man with 4 children.

I am from Canada and looking for an investment property and a winter reprieve.

I have an 18" Starmaster and 20" Gallaxy Optics and numerous other telescopes. Looking for dark skies and friendly people :)
