We have our first Public RSVP!

Amy Camp will be attending the workshop.

This workshop will happen unless it is
raining. Other weather does not
affect this event. It takes place indoors,
and the only reason we would cancel the event
is if rain was falling and people were bringing
their telescope through the rain to get to the
class room. Rain is not good for telescopes.

So, as long as it is not raining, we will have the event.

I see Don and I are the only 2 PAS RSVP's so far.

If you can assist, please help out. We always have
a great time and we use the time, when the public
isn't there, to talk about upcoming event and make
plans. So, you may wish to attend just to keep
up on what's going on in PAS. It's like a mini
version of the MOM's.

I'll add more public RSVP's as they come to me by phone.

As of 2/20 7:30pm
it appears that during the 3:30 to 5:30 time
frame that we will be at Bookman's
Sun 2/21,
it will be 70% rain.

We may be canceling this event.
Please check with Terri before heading over.
If canceled, her cell will announce
"Bookman's Telescope Workshop for Feb 21
is canceled." 602-561-5398

If it doesn't say that, feel free to attend.
If it is dropping rain as you are thinking of
heading to Bookman's,. don't come.

We hope to have an event, but if not,
have a super Sunday afternoon.

It sure is nice outside right now. A bit chilly, a bit breezy
but since Bookman's Telescope Workshop is an indoors
event, I think we will be holding it and having
a fun time.

MIKE: Bring your meteorites

Don & Rod: Bring your telescope expertise to help the public
with their scopes.

If one of you has a small scope to put on display at the
event, you may wish to bring it, for display purposes
only, and to draw in the general public that might
be drifting by outside the door.
