Everyone attending is invited to Dinner prior to the event at 4:30 at Arby's across the street from ASU West on 47th Ave. It's a BYO (Buy your own) dinner get together to discuss what we are planning to do at the event, the set up, etc.

The event starts 7:30 but some telescopes might be set up as early as 7pm.
sunset is 6:45pm
Dark is 7:55pm
Moon visible in day and 32% lit
Venus visible 6:50 and sets 7:50, however, the FAB building may be in the way of seeing Venus since we can not see to the horizon past the building.
Orion Nebula is visible 7:10pm
Moon is right next to Aldebaran and might look good with both in one eyepiece if they are close enough together.
