This event is Cancelled
Weather update of Apr 12 at 11am:
8 different weather forecasts average 20 mph winds for tonight. Some blowing dust. No cloud or rain problems. I would not recommend hurting your scopes mirrors and lenses. The winds may calm down enough by 9 pm, but hardly worth the long drive for a possible 30 min star party.
Next few days. No cloud or rain problems for Friday and Saturday night star parties. Winds 12 mph Wickenburg, 13 mph North Phx, 5 mph Tonto National Monument.
Additionally, both ClearSky and Astrosheric are showing seeing as 1/5 which means that stars will look like big fuzballs and Jupiter will just be a wavering blob….
Plus the air quality is High pollution warning.

Please provide in your RSVP the number in your party, plus the date and description of the event you are attending. PAS has RSVP's come in 2-3 months in advance. I can assume you mean the next possible star party, or you can make sure I know which event you wish to RSVP for. Thank you.

Public attendance... RSVP's for public attendance can be emailed to Terri at Please include the date of the event and name of the event you wish to attend and the number in your party.
An auto response will be returned to you with an update about the event. The auto response will start going out on Friday Oct 27, with info about the weather and if the event is happening or canceled due to weather. It is highly recommended you RSVP through email to get this notice.

Activities may include:

* Mike, Meteorites Man - come touch and feel real meteorites.
