Dr. Laurice Dee, Ph.D., local JPL Solar System Ambassador, has submitted several excellent articles for our newsletter. Space limitations preclude our running them in PAStimes, but if you followed the link in our newsletter, you can download them here in your choice of formats.
PAS was organized in 1974 as an educational nonprofit corporation. The original Bylaws was abolished and replaced with a constitution in 1999. The 1999 constitution was amended in 2006. In 2007 the constitution was again amended to clarify the Board of Directors. All four documents are available for review here.
