We are monitoring the weather for this event. If it becomes canceled due to weather, a notice will go out to those who RSVP'd, the same way as the RSVP was received, by 4pm the day of the event. Email RSVP are preferred as I can get those notices out quicker than having to call everyone back. So, please, send your RSVP with the number in your party to
I will be updating this RSVP list up until 2pm the day of this event. If you are RSVP'ing later than 2pm, please phone text your RSVP, do not call. I will be setting up for the event and will have no time to answer the phone.

Update of Sept 14:
Tonight's event is a GO!
The weather is cooperating and we have over 200 RSVp's.
Come join us for a fun night. Here's the line up of activities...

PVCC will have activities for everyone indoors from 6pm to 7pm, in the Aquila Building.
Along with those activities will be Q & A with prizes for the Kids 0-16 provided by PAS.
And Meteorite Mike will be showing, telling and sharing his meteorites with everyone!

Then, from 7pm to 7:30, the indoor team of Terri, William and Mike will move outdoors at the top of the ramp to the
observing deck behind the Aquila Building, so that from 7:30 to 9:45pm, everyone can go down the ramp to view through the telescopes.

If you arrive earlier than 7:30 to view through the scopes, please come talk to Mike until you are allowed to go down the ramp. There will be 7+ scopes set up, plus the scope for First Light. We will also have the Cannon Scope 22" availble this night for your viewing pleasure.

Please look through all the scopes, and then do it again, if you wish. This event is FREE but we have one rule:

Everyone is welcome, all ages.
See you there!
