Default Pathway protocols for scopes

All cars need to have another person walk the car out to ensure the path is free of people.
No trucks or oversize vehicles
All telescope drop offs need to be completed by 6:30 pm
All cars need to be off the pad by 6:30 pm
Telescope set up will start only after all drop offs have been completed, so there is plenty of room for cars to turn around
There will be no use of the construction road. There is now a chain and padlock on it that the YMCA controls.
Jenny worked hard for us to be able to drive on the pathway, let's not let her down, we must follow these protocols to the letter.

Default Final suggestions

I think that anyone who wants to set up their scopes on the new observation deck should be ready to go at 6 pm. 2 cars at a time can go up the driveway with PAS members leading each car. They then stop and unload equipment on the far west end near the white fence. The cars then drive off and park in the main lot. 2 more cars with guides proceed and unload a little closer to the east. This is followed by 2 more cars, again unloading closer to the east. I suggest large scopes with a lot of equipment unload farthest east, around 6:20 pm, so that all the people standing by their equipment can then help unload the larger scope cars. All cars must be off the deck by 6:30 pm. We have 6 rsvps plus Don and Howard who are maybes. I think 8 is enough for this event. If more scopes show they can set up at the driveway entrance by Mike, Terri and William.
We all need to work this star party together and try our best. If scopes arrive late or they can't unload and leave the deck by 6:30 pm, they should set up near Mike and Terri and William near the driveway entrance. It will not be as dark, but they can show the moon and Jupiter.
